About Victory Faith Foundation Ministries Victory Faith Foundation Ministries (VFFM) is a charity NGO based in Lugazi Namengo, dedicated to transforming lives through our motto "Faith in Action." We operate a school and church that serve as pillars of our comprehensive approach to community development, providing quality Christian education, supporting the needy and orphans, and offering youth discipleship and skills training programs. Our work extends throughout the community through compassionate outreach, practical assistance to vulnerable families, and vocational training that equips young people with both spiritual guidance and practical skills for sustainable livelihoods. We have built strong, lasting relationships with local families, leaders, and organizations, working collaboratively to identify needs and develop solutions that create lasting positive change. VFFM welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds who share our commitment to serving others, offering meaningful opportunities to contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and families through holistic development that addresses spiritual, educational, and practical needs. At Victory Faith Foundation Ministries, our featured causes reflect the most urgent needs in our community. We are working to sponsor children with school fees and supplies, expand our school infrastructure to provide better learning spaces, reach souls through evangelism and outreach, and support the needy and orphans with food, clothing, and care. Your support in any of these areas helps us bring hope, healing, and transformation to those who need it most.
Every child deserves the opportunity to return to school with confidence—dressed in a proper uniform, carrying their books, and equipped to learn. At Victory Faith Foundation Ministries, we are on a mission to sponsor 100 children this school term. Your generous support will help us cover school fees, provide uniforms, shoes, books, pencils, and all the essential scholastic materials they need to thrive in the classroom. We also welcome non-monetary donations such as computers, play equipment, school bags, lunch boxes, or any resources that can improve the learning experience. Through your giving, you’re not just supporting education—you’re restoring dignity, building dreams, and shaping a better future for the children in our care.
At Victory Faith Foundation Ministries, we believe every child deserves a safe and inspiring place to learn. Currently, our school has only one permanent classroom block that serves the kindergarten section—Baby Class, Middle Class, and Top Class—while all other classes from Primary 1 to Primary 7 are taught in a temporary, makeshift structure. To change this, we are launching a special initiative to expand our school by purchasing more land and constructing permanent classroom blocks that can accommodate all our students. This expansion will significantly improve the learning environment and allow us to welcome even more children from the community who currently have no access to quality education. Your support will help us acquire land, build modern classrooms for Primary 1 through Primary 7, and fully equip them with desks, boards, and essential learning materials to create a space where every child can thrive.

Director
Bishop Tiondi Charles provides spiritual leadership and strategic direction for Victory Faith Foundation Ministries. With over 15 years of ministry experience, he is passionate about community transformation through faith and education.
Missionary
Tammie is from Gridley CA USA & has been working with VFFM since 2016. She is a Bible teacher & has spoken at many conferences and crusades sponsored by VFFM. She works deligently to share the gospel. She leads women conferences & has helped in refugee camp. She is currently the Bible Teacher at Victory Faith Junior School in Lugazi Uganda.
